Jenna Cohen was practically raised in her hometown community theater in Waterloo, Iowa. Now returning to acting, she's appeared in a horror film due for release in 2010 and portrayed Laurel in the radio version of the play Catastrophic Love Puzzles in Outer Space on KPFA. In addition to acting, Jenna is a musician and vocalist for the experimental music project Melusine. She's the proud mother of three wonderful children.
Baily Hopkins graduated from UCSD with a BA in Theatre, a second BA in Political Science and International Relations, and a Minor in Violin Performance. She also studied Theatre at ACT and at Berkeley Rep, and has appeared in over 35 stage and film productions with companies including The Shotgun Players, La Jolla Playhouse and ACT's Youth Company. Currently, Baily is the host for SFstation's weekly Video Guide, and the head host for their new video series.
Brian Levy has been a professional performer for over 20 years. He started his career as a dancer, working with both modern and ballet companies in New York City and Minneapolis. In 2000 Brian began to shift his focus to acting, ultimately moving to California. For the past four years, Brian has focused solely on film, appearing in over 40 productions in the Bay Area.
Dr. Iberia Calderon -- Dee Marshall
Dee Marshall began her professional training in a scene study class with Gary Grubbs in her home town of Memphis. After moving to California she began training in San Francisco at the Meisner Technique Studio with Jim Jarrett and Melissa Thompson Esaia. Now committed fully to the craft, she has worked on independent features including Mayflower! and Sex, Drugs and Stu, numerous shorts, music videos, and commercials. She is also a talented graphic designer and illustrator.
Jayson Anderson -- Galen Howard
Born into a theatre family, Ben Knoll currently portrays Dave in The Full Monty at Santa Rosa Rep. He has appeared with Marin Shakespeare Co., Custom Made Theatre, The Willows, 42nd Street Moon, PianoFight, No Nude Men, and other companies in the Bay Area and his hometown of St. Louis. The new musical, Crazy, Just Like Me, where he originated the character of "Dr. Headman" will be produced Off-Broadway in October. Ben is incredibly happy to be working with such a great creative team.
Laura Bendixsen has performed since age 3 in plays including A Chorus Line, Grease, Breakfast Club and The Importance of Being Ernest, and has appeared on TV in Days Of Our Lives, MadTV, Family Matters, Diagnosis Murder, and NBC's Parenthood. Laura hosts KOFY-TV's Live At The Burro and radio site The Hot Spot with Paul Tolle. Other radio credits include 95.7 The Wolf, Afternoon Delights and LA Talk Radio. She's the proud mother of a daughter, a son and a 14 year old black lab. Raised in San Rafael, California, Amy Clover left to study acting in New York City at the age of 17. Upon graduation from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she moved to Los Angeles to do film and television, where she studied with teachers including Mark Pelegrino, Wendy Davis, and Stuart Rogers. She has appeared in several feature films (including Avatar and Permagrin) as well as shorts, television shows, and webisodes. Bay Area native Veronica Mannion graduated from the SFSU Theatre program, then moved to Los Angeles to pursue her acting, singing, and comedy career. She has appeared in film in Alone Forever and Bicycle Bride, and her stage roles include Company (April), Streetcar Named Desire (Stella), and local favorite Killing My Lobster Patronizes the Arts. She is currently writing a one-woman show, which is due to premiere in San Francisco in November.
Madeline Praeter -- Desiray McFall Desiray McFall studied acting at ACT and at Laney College, and has appeared in Macbeth (as Malcolm), The Rover and 365 Days/365 Plays (all with Woman's Will). She has also performed in The Three Musketeers with Role Players, To Kill a Mockingbird with Broadway West, Under Milkwood with Shotgun Players, Pennies for the Juggernaut (a web series) and, most recently, The Coroner's Dilemma and Journeys, two short films she wrote and directed.
A former athlete and model, Vince Weigel has owned and operated a Personal Fitness Training business in Marin County for the past fourteen years. Last year he returned to modeling and acting and appeared with his dog Cassie in the family feature film Doggie Boogie, due to be released nationwide in January, 2011. Vince is honored to have been chosen to play Jeff Anderson in “The Koi Pond.”
A recent transplant to the Bay Area, Katie Veale's long career in Sacramento area musical theatre has been recognized with multiple awards, including “Best Leading Actress in a Musical” for her performance as Maria in The Sound of Music. Other roles include Little Women: the Musical (Meg), Steel Magnolias (Shelby), and Cinderella (Cinderella). Katie is honored to be working on this project with so many talented people. M. Montgomery -- Damien Jade Warren Damien Jade Warren is a talented musician and martial artist as well as an actor. He most recently appeared as one of the leads in the short film The Realization of the Inevitable, as well as in Detective Story and Haight Street Monster Girls. Frank Fransicz -- David Wigginton David Wigginton's recent appearances include two episodes of I (Almost) Got Away With It on the Discovery Channel, as well as the indie film Catch of the Day and the wine country feature film Bottle Shock. Stage credits include Art, The Odd Couple, Taming of the Shrew, Twelfth Night, The Sunshine Boys, A Christmas Carol, All My Sons, Sordid Lives, The Exit Interview, and Make Me a Girl Again. An animator and computer graphics artist who has worked on award-winning short film projects, Evan Clover has also been featured as a model in a variety of settings. He is the brother of fellow cast member Amy Clover, who portrays Lillian Hanbo-Bidwell. The Art of M. Montgomery -- Susan Jansen Sausalito portrait artist Susan Jansen has been featured in group exhibitions in Chicago, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Texas. Her oil paintings, pastel paintings, watercolors, and charcoal drawings are in the homes of many collectors throughout the United States, and in England, Mexico, and Russia.
